1. Download the firmware ZIP for your exact model (SM-S908W) and extract it. Inside you will find AP, BL, CP, CSC and HOME_CSC files.
2. Back up everything that matters. A full flash erases the phone.
3. Power the phone off, then hold Volume Down + Power to enter Download mode and press Volume Up to continue. Connect the phone to the PC and open Odin.
4. Load the files into the matching Odin slots (AP to AP, BL to BL, CP to CP). For a clean install use the CSC file; HOME_CSC keeps your data but is not recommended when repairing a broken system.
5. Click Start and wait. Do not unplug the phone. It reboots by itself when the flash finishes, and the first boot takes several minutes.

Two rules prevent bricks: never flash firmware made for a different model number, even when the device name looks identical, and never downgrade to a build with a lower bootloader bit than the one already on the phone. Check the BIT/SW REV column in the table before you download.
